Installing The Login Form Add-On

1. Download the add-on plugin from the Add-Ons download page.
2. Upload the plugin folder and files via FTP to your wp-content/plugins folder OR upload the plugin zip file via the “Add New” plugin menu in WordPress.
3. Activate the “Live Forms – Login” plugin you just uploaded.

Setup The Login Add-On

No settings is available for Login Add-Ons, ie. you don’t need to change any settings to work with this addons.

Setup Login Forms

1. Goto Forms –> Login Forms of your WordPress admin panel.
   
2. Click Add New button to add new feed.
   
   • LiveForm Form: Select which Live form you want to feed data form.
   • Map Fields: Map the Login Custom Fields to your available Form Fields. This tells Live Forms which form fields should populate User Login data.
3. Click Save Button
